Listings are information, not offers

Naventr lists used and surplus equipment on behalf of its sellers. A Listing describes the equipment as we understand it from the seller and is not an offer to sell. Equipment may be under offer or sold at any time, and Listings may change or be withdrawn without notice. A sale exists only when it is agreed in a separate written agreement.

Accuracy

We take care to describe equipment accurately, but specifications, condition, certification and inspection details come from sellers and may be incomplete or out of date. Check anything that matters to you, by asking us for documents or arranging an inspection, before you buy. The website is provided as it is, without any warranty.

Sellers' details

Sellers' names, asking prices and exact locations are not published. We do not disclose them except as agreed.

Enquiries

Please give accurate details when you send an enquiry. We use them as described in our Privacy policy. Do not use the site to send spam or to attempt to disrupt it.

Content

The text, photographs and design on this website belong to Naventr or the seller who supplied them. You may view and print Listings for your own business use, but you may not copy the site's content in bulk or republish it without our permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Naventr is not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or from relying on a Listing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
