Privacy policy

This policy explains what Naventr does with personal data collected through this website. Naventr is the controller. You can reach us at sales@naventr.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect what you type into the form: your name, business email, phone number, company, country, message and the equipment you are asking about. We also record:

• the page you sent the enquiry from, including any campaign parameters in its address, and the page that referred you;
• the country your connection appears to come from, as detected by Cloudflare. We keep this separate from the country you tell us;
• a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit how many enquiries one network can send in an hour.

We do not collect anything else about you when you browse the site. Nothing is stored in your browser beforehand.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and to manage a possible sale. We keep a record of your enquiry, your contact details and the conversation so we can follow up.
• To protect the form from abuse. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, is sending it.
• To email you about similar equipment and new listings, only if you tick the box. Ticking it records your consent, when you gave it, where, and the wording you saw. You can withdraw it at any time by asking us, and an unticked box on a later enquiry does not change it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and contact details are kept while we may still do business with you, and until you ask us to remove them. An enquiry that our checks hold for review as suspected spam is deleted after 30 days unless we confirm it is genuine.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We use Cloudflare to host the site, store enquiries, run Turnstile and route our email. If you ask about a particular Listing we may share your enquiry with the equipment's seller. Your data may be processed outside your country, including by Cloudflare.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to restrict or object to its use, or to erase it. When we erase you, we remove your personal details from our records and keep only the commercial history that does not identify you, such as dates and equipment enquired about. We keep a one-way hash of your email so that you are not added to a mailing list again by mistake. To make a request, email sales@naventr.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

The public pages of this site do not set cookies, so there is no cookie banner. The only cookie we set is a strictly necessary sign-in cookie for our own administrator, on the admin pages. Cloudflare Turnstile runs on pages with the enquiry form; see Cloudflare's privacy policy for how it works.

Changes

We will update this page when what we do changes, and change the date at the top.
